      Spring is finally here, as wellington gets hammered by extreme wind and rain... The cherry blossom flowers in our yard just got vaporised... Gotta love wellington. I appreciate all the support, and hope everyone is finding keyring useful. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

      End of daylight savings... House sales typically dip as the weather cools down. As we get closer to June 20-23 (the shortest day), it becomes easier to assess a homes winter sun. The keyring detailed report shows you where the sun goes over summer and winter, so you can assess details like trees, buildings, and window placement. Can't help with noisy neighbours though!

      Detailed reports now cost $9.95, since a lot of people were wanting to do 5-10 reports for the properties they were looking at, and I agree that $250 is a lot for properties you're not sure you will buy. So massive price reduction! :-)
      07/08/08 House prices falling in Auckland...
      NZ Herald just announced a 5% drop in Auckland house prices. Seems the craziness is over, so buyers will have a good time of it. Make sure you check sun, busstops, school zones, and everything else on keyring!

      keyring.co.nz just passed the 1800 unique visitors mark, which is pretty exciting. keyring is the site for home buyers and renters for Wellington, so thats a pretty good number :-)
